Operation  
filling with water  
1. Remove tank by pulling up and away  
from unit.  
2. Unscrew cap at the bottom of the water tank  
and remove the inset.  
3. Fill tank with water.  
note: use of distilled or demineralized  
water is recommended. especially if  
your tap water contains a high level of  
mineral content (hard water).

4. Replace the insert assembly and tighten

guides and gently sliding it back into place.

Before disconnecting a tool

nozzle. Use an oven mitt to  
remove tools, or wait until  
they cool before removing.  
For stubborn messes, attach bristle brush  
to the underside of the unit. Remove  
microfiber pad. a. Locate tab on the  
front of the bristle block and fit into the  
slot on the underside of the unit. b. Snap  
the back of the bristle block into place.

For steam cleaning hard-to-reach places,  
attach the steam connector by follwing  
the steps above (a. b.).

steam cleaning all living areas  
1. Fill with cool tap water or distilled/  
demineralized water.  
2. Connect the plug to an appropriate outlet.  
3. The unit should be ready to use in 30  
seconds or less. To sanitize an area  
(attack invisible germs and bacteria),  
place the Steam Sponge over the spot  
for a minimum of 15 seconds using  
continuous team, but no longer then 20  
seconds using continuous steam.  
For larger areas, overlap Steam Sponge  
placement.

Maintenance and care  
When you are done  
1. Make sure unit is unplugged.  
caution:  
Thermal shock can shat-  
ter glass. Before cleaning  
cold glass surface, care-  
fully warm the surface by  
directing the steam jet on  
the glass from a distance  
of no less than 4 - 6”.  
2. Use caution, some steam may still come from  
the nozzle.  
3. Empty the water tank.  
4. Allow the bottom of the unit to cool before storing.  
5. The Micrfiber pad may be machine washed  
in warm water with mild detergent. Do  
not use bleach or fabric softener. For best  
results, air dry.  
Troubleshooting

1. Water tank may be empty  
1. Unplug, allow to cool for five minutes and refill with water  
2. Siphon tube caught on air valve at the top of the water tank  
2. Remove water tank and gently shake it until the siphon tube is freed.
